Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Small Wins — Daily Coach ("Small Wins Daily", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The App is published by Venu Kumar Mora.

Small Wins Daily is a personal habit-coaching mobile application that helps you build daily habits through a guided four-phase flow ("DERR loop"):

• Direction (morning) — a daily plan with your small wins for the day
• Execution (daytime) — task completion via tap, timer, counter, or journal
• Reflection (evening) — a short review of what helped, what got in the way, and energy
• Reset (before bed) — a preview of tomorrow so you wake up ready

The App provides curated daily tasks across seven goal categories (Move More, Eat Better, Focus Deeper / Study Better, Rest Better, Feel Calmer, Build Wealth, Learn Better), tailored to one of three life stages (Student 14–21, Building 22–35, Resetting 36–55), at an intensity you choose (3, 5, or 7 tasks per day). It also includes a Pomodoro focus timer, workout interval timers, streak tracking, and weekly reviews.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. The App is rated 4+ on the App Store and Everyone (3+) on Google Play, and includes a Student life stage designed for teenagers and young adults (14–21). Users in some jurisdictions may need to be older to enter into a binding contract; if you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Small Wins Daily is a habit-building and self-improvement tool. It is not a medical device and not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, nutritional, or fitness advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Tasks related to movement, nutrition, mindfulness, breathing, or sleep are general wellness suggestions — not prescriptions.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any health, exercise, dietary, or mental-health routine, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication. You engage in any suggested activity at your own risk. If you ever feel that you are in crisis or in danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified mental-health resource immediately — Small Wins Daily is not a crisis or emergency service.

You may create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at admin@smallwinsdaily.app if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up and to keep that information up to date.

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — personal self-improvement and habit building. You agree not to:

• Attempt to access, probe, or interfere with other users' data, accounts, or sessions
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the App, except where this restriction is prohibited by applicable law
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or rate-limiting features
• Use the App to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the App or generate content
• Upload content into journal entries or custom tasks that infringes intellectual-property rights, contains malware, or contains another person's private information without consent
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the App or its content

The journal entries, reflections, custom tasks, and other content you create inside the App ("Your Content") remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display Your Content solely so that we can provide the App to you (for example, syncing it across your devices). We do not publish Your Content, sell it, or share it with third parties for advertising. There is no public feed in the App. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for keeping your own backups if it matters to you.

All content within the App that we provide — including the app name, logo, task templates, coach messages, illustrations, animations, character art, sounds, the DERR loop framework, and the underlying software — is owned by Venu Kumar Mora or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial habit-building. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Venu Kumar Mora only — not Apple — and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. To the extent of any conflict, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA") will govern. If you downloaded the App from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

The App is currently free to download and use. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, prices, billing periods, and renewal terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase, and purchases will be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play according to their billing rules. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by the relevant platform.

You may delete your account at any time:

• In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account
• On the web: smallwinsdaily.app/delete-account
• By email: admin@smallwinsdaily.app

Upon deletion, your profile, plans, completions, reflections, journal entries, and custom tasks will be permanently removed within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the App in a way that risks harm to other users or to our infrastructure.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venu Kumar Mora and our service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the App — including, without limitation, missed goals, broken streaks, missed notifications, or data loss due to device or connectivity issues. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Venu Kumar Mora from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with (a) your use or misuse of the App, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you and we consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section overrides any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
